IKE Quest is a long-term youth-development pathway built around community, practical experience, mentorship, and personal growth. Young people begin together, learn through real work, and move toward leadership, employment, or further education.

Through a major community green infrastructure initiative, Isaac’s Room is partnering with local schools and organizations to create healthier outdoor spaces while expanding apprenticeship, environmental education, and paid work opportunities for young people.
